How long in advance should I book for a party?
Most people book 4-6 weeks in advance. It’s not required that you book 4-6 weeks in advance, however, as the date of your party approaches, time slots become booked and entertainers become booked which makes it more difficult to book your character of choice. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Please call us immediately to see if we are available for your party.
Is the deposit required to book a party character?
Yes, in order to reserve your date and time we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non–refundable.
What characters do you offer?
We offer many different characters, including; popular Movie Characters, Superhero Characters, Fairy Tale Characters, Cartoon Characters, and Holiday Characters. If you do not see a character on our website, it does not mean we do not carry it. Please call or email us if you don’t see your character.
What kind of event venues will you perform at?
We are willing and able to entertain at all event venues. Please be aware that some event venues have their own restrictions and guidelines.
What does the character bring to the event?
Our party packages vary. Please call or email us for more information on the packages we offer.
How far will you travel for an event or party?
We cover a very large area. Please call or email us to see if we service your city/town.
How much does this cost?
Our prices are based on different factors. Please call or email us to get a free quote.
Does it matter how many guests I invite to the event?
We perform at all parties no matter the size. Extra fees may be applied to parties that have more than 25 children. Please notify us as soon as possible.
What happens if a guest gets sick, upset or misbehaves at the event?
If a child/adult at your party exhibits inappropriate, abusive or rude behavior, our entertainer can leave with or without notice any time during their entertainment services.
What do I need to provide the party character with for the party?
This is completely up to you! We provide everything that our party character will need for the party.
What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel the visit after you book with us, you agree to forfeit your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. We need at least 48 hours notice prior to the day of your party if you are choosing to postpone the party visit. You will then have up to one year to reschedule your party character.
What is your outdoor party policy?
WE LOVE OUTDOOR PARTIES! If you are planning an outdoor party, please have a backup plan in the event of bad weather. Since the costumes worn by the performers are delicate it is preferred to have a covered or shaded area for some if not all activities.
Do your entertainers accept gratuity?
Of Course! The performers that serve you are all well trained and make it their number one priority to ensure your party is a success. Tipping a performer is just like tipping a waiter or waitress. Gratuity is between 15-20% of your total package chosen is a typical tip amount and is appreciated.
What if I am not satisfied with my party character?
Should any concerns arise with regards to our services or the quality of our services rendered we require that you contact us while the performer is present at your event. This allows us an opportunity to make any adjustments, therefore, resolving any issues.
